About the wine
We have a special, dominant Shiraz from 2014 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the German winery Hanspeter Ziereisen masters this red wine in the blooming and fertile landscape in Baden. Tasting note
The scent is rich blackberry fruit with black cherries and cassis. This is accompanied by spicy pepper and eucalyptus notes and a fine wood aroma.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, game and hard cheese.
Vinification
This Syrah matures in barriques for between 15 and 22 months. The Ziereisen family uses German oak barrels — manufactured in the Assmann bakery in Eußenheim.
