About the wine
The Valais landscape is mountainous and hilly, whose fascinating expanses don't fit on a poster, but in a bottle. With a lot of feeling and experience, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Philippe Constantin ensures that his craft inspires and convinces you. Die erfrischenden Aromen des Syrah du Valais AOC von Brombeere, Brot und Marmelade drücken viel Finesse mit einer ganz einzigartigen Struktur aus. Im Anschluss zeigen die erfrischenden Nuancen von schwarzer Johannisbeere und Schokolade ihren eigenen Charakter. Mit verhalten fein ausgebauten Tanninen, mittelkräftigem Körper und dominanter Säure präsentiert dieser fruchtige Rotwein seine meisterliche Beschaffenheit.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, beef such as Côte de Boeuf with marrow, lamb and lamb ragout, game, wild poultry such as partridge, mushroom ragout and cheese platters. Special tip: bunny loin with elderberry sauce!
