Tasting note
The wine has a bright salmon-pink color. Aromas of red fruits such as raspberries and aromatic wild strawberries develop on the nose. On the palate, it is juicy and smooth with a fruity note of red fruits, wonderful freshness and well-balanced, subtle acidity.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled fish, pizza, pasta and desserts such as ice-cold, slightly sweetened strawberries or red currants.
Vinification
The grapes come from various plots in La Côte near Lake Geneva, between Morges and Nyon. After harvesting, gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation take place to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the wine.
