Tasting note
The wine has a light yellow color with fine reflections. On the nose, fruity aromas of white fruits develop, accompanied by a playful note of pineapple. On the palate, it is fresh and slightly sparkling with a well-balanced, subtle acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif, as well as with starters, sausages and freshwater fish. It also goes well with cheese dishes such as fondue and raclette.
Vinification
The grapes come from selected plots in Vaud, on the shores of Lake Geneva. After harvesting, gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation take place to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the wine.
