Vinification
This delicious Touriga Nacional from Jasper Wickens comes from vines planted on deep granite soils on cooler mountain slopes in Swartland. The grapes were harvested earlier to preserve a freshness and elegance that is easily lost in this warm region. This cooler red wine, which is naturally fermented whole and subjected to a very gentle extraction, shows the true heritage of this Portuguese grape variety.
