About the wine
The Oliver Zeter winery is located in Neustadt an der Weinstraße in the German wine-growing region of Palatinate. The farm now covers 25 hectares of vineyards. Oliver has lost his heart to Sauvignon Blanc. They have been among the leaders in German viticulture for some time now. His portfolio mainly comprises Burgundy varieties and various specialities. Together with his team, he strives for continuous improvement and market-oriented products.

Tasting note
Sweetheart is a sweet wine made from late-picked, very ripe Sauvignon Blanc grapes from three different vineyards. The must is fermented spontaneously and very slowly before fermentation is stopped by cold at just the right moment. This leaves the wine with its Get fruity-exotic zest and the sophisticated interplay of acidity and fruit sweetness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light dishes. Asparagus and artichokes, as well as with dishes with green vegetables.
