About the product
Since 1889, Suze has mastered the art of combining gentian with other botanicals to create a range of aromatic bitters. This French aperitif, which is closely linked to Belle Époque café culture, is experiencing a revival in the thriving spritzer and cocktail scene. The bright yellow and bittersweet Suze, which has been part of Pernod since 1965, tastes delicious pure on ice with a citrus twist, with tonic or in cocktails.
Tasting note
Bitterness and sweetness followed by a fresh taste of gentian roots, a fruity taste of orange and candied fruit. On the nose: intense and harmonious, with fruity aromas and herbal notes. Bright yellow color.
