About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Cave des Coteaux masters this white wine in the fertile countryside of Neuchâtel. We have a special, strong Chasselas from 2017 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This chasselas is ideal to serve with terrines or poultry.

Tasting note
The bouquet reveals fresh fruity aromas: lemon, grapefruit, pear and quince, which are accompanied by floral notes (lime blossom) and a subtle yeast tone. On the palate, this white wine, which — as the text on the back label reveals — comes from a particularly limestone location, is fruity, straight and structured. The varietal character and the terroir character can be identified and leave an all-round positive impression on the fruity, dry finish.
