About the wine
If we can offer something special for Easter 2019, it's this dominant Chenin Blanc 2017 — Sur Le Champs IGP. The winemaker from the Dominik & Martina Benz winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this chenin blanc with puff pastry or meatballs in tomato sauce.

Tasting note
Bright yellow. Aromas of flower blossoms, exotic fruits and citrus. Fresh and velvety on the palate. The plot of 1/2 ha is in Carla Bayle in Monginaut. This Petit Arvigne was grown on the estate years ago from vines originally from Valais. Golden yellow with notes of flower blossoms.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler tip: Sur Le Champs IGP goes perfectly with meatballs with tomato sauce, pretzel sticks and puff pastry.
