Tasting note
Bright, bright straw yellow. Fresh, aromatic and vibrant on the nose. Aromas of ripe citrus, pineapple, papaya, some honeydew melon. This is combined with floral notes. Aromatic and cheeky on the palate, as expected. Juicy texture Medium length on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with melon with raw ham and grilled fish and scampi.
Vinification
At the winery, the grapes are destemmed, macerated for a short time and then pressed. The grape must is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The result is a flavorful, fresh white wine.
