About the wine

Tasting note
Perfect pale, slightly rosé color. Beautiful floral and stony aromas as well as delicate peach and melon notes fill the glass. The mouthfeel is delicate and playful with fantastic ripe fresh fruit and classic minerality. The creamy yeast tone gives the wine a certain refinement and peace, but also a lively and tasty acidity. The 4 grape varieties have come together seamlessly to create a wonderful rosé blend, which lingers beautifully on a long finish. This is one of the most balanced rosé wines that is very versatile and can accompany a wide variety of dishes.
Culinary recommendation
The perfect partner for seafood, chicken, turkey, veal, pork and even spicy dishes, charcuterie, cheese and - very classic - bouillabaisse.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed to separate the juice from the skins and preserve the delicate rosé color. Fermentation is temperature-controlled in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and characteristic aromas of the grape varieties.
