About the wine
Be careful, easy to drink! This rosé is made from Primitivo grapes in Salento in southern Italy. The region in the “boot heel” of Italy is shaped through and through by the sea: While connoisseurs gather in the evening on the terrace with sea views for a refreshing glass of wine, the young people dance on the beach until sunrise. With Summa Summarum Rosé, you have the perfect summer wine for carefree hours — Salentine joie de vivre included!

Tasting note
Intense rose red with violet nuances. Fresh, varietal aromas that become more complex in the bottle. Excellent balance between acidity and tannins. A wonderfully fresh, aromatic and tasty rosé.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with grilled fish, seafood or a fresh summer salad. The wine also goes wonderfully with pizza with light toppings or grilled vegetables.
Vinification
The grapes grow in the Apulia region. The harvest takes place in mid-September.
