About the wine
Made from Primitivo grapes, the Summa Summarum impresses with intense aromas of dark berries, plums and a touch of spices. The wine has a nice structure and long-lasting fruitiness, which makes it a perfect accompaniment to grilled dishes, pasta with strong sauces or aged cheese.

Decorated with a dense, dark red color. On the nose, there are wonderfully spicy aromas and redberry notes. A fruity and harmonious red wine, with fine tannins and an easily accessible style.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with grilled beef, lamb, or a spicy pasta dish like penne arrabbiata. The wine also develops its full potential with mature cheese or pizza with spicy salami.
