Tasting note
Comincioli harvests the grapes for Sulèr at the beginning of the harvest period and places them in small boxes, no more than 4 kg each, so as not to injure the berries due to their own weight. He then allows the healthy, ripe grapes to dry for 3 to 4 weeks. The result is a wine full of character with good structure, elegant but with a beautiful richness. The local, not widespread grape varieties give it pleasant notes with slightly exotic accents.

Goes well with lamb, beef, veal, venison, pork, grilled meat.
