About the wine
Graceful and sunny landscapes of the Douro Valley give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Secegas conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. If we can offer something special for Easter 2019, it's this powerful Touriga Franca 2013 Sula Douro DOC. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Touriga Franca can be served very well with tapas or white meat.
Tasting note
Dense black red. Concentrated, sweet scents of cherries, plums, cranberries, bread. Extremely rich and compact on the palate with lots of substance. The first wine from Pinalta that was allowed into the new pneumatic press after Lagares. This has given it a very nice structure and color. Beautiful red feet like the one worn by the bird Sula Sula, a cool lady, exciting like its namesake, No 3 of the new wine trilogy by Secegas.

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Sula Douro DOC goes well with tapas, grilled vegetables and barbecue.
