Tasting note
A new, very elegant Etna wine from Donnafugata, made from the autochthonous Nerello Mascalese variety and some Nerello Cappuccio. Attractive bouquet, cranberries, currants, violets, black tea, tarry nuances. Elegant on the palate, very precise, clear contours, fine-meshed, floating and wonderfully gripping. A perfect, extremely exciting eating companion.

Vinification
Aged for 14 months partly in barriques and partly in steel tanks.
