Tasting note
Sul Vulcano is a new, extremely delicate Rosato from Donnafugata, pressed from the autochthonous Nerello Mascalese variety. Delicate bouquet, rose hips, peonies, pink grapefruit, fine exotic nuances and a fresh mineral touch. On the palate, compact, powerful, dry, extremely focused, energetic and wonderfully juicy and fresh. An impressive rosé treat with just 12.5% alcohol.
