Tasting note
The color is pale straw yellow with green reflections. On the nose, this Weissburgunder has a complex, slightly aromatic scent of fresh apples. On the palate, it impresses with its elegant structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, cold and hot starters, poached fish.
Vinification
After a short maceration period, the freshly picked Weissburgunder grapes are gently pressed, removed from turbidity and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 20°C.
