Tasting note
Bright ruby red, open, aromatic bouquet of red fruits, accompanied by peppery spicy notes, slim, fresh and smooth on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light dishes, pasta, white meats.
Vinification
It was harvested on September 13. Mash fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by acid decomposition and storage in wooden barrels (oak).
