Tasting note
Brilliant bright gold, fine, persistent perlage. Fine aged notes of fresh brioche, plus some baked apple, fresh apricot and beeswax. Interwoven on the palate, very creamy and round, flows along calmly, fine perlage, long finish.

Goes well with shellfish, fish with sauces, white meats.
