About the wine
With the delicious Südtiroler Pinot Grigio Opes Crescendo DOC, which was produced in 2013, you will certainly have a lot of fun. Picturesque and blooming landscapes in South Tyrol give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Ritterhof conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience.

Tasting note
Brilliant, strong straw yellow. On the nose, it develops a complex interplay of fresh, white peach, pear and floral scents with light roasted aromas. On the palate, it impresses with its elegant fullness and density, underpinned by delicate vanilla tones, a wine with a touch of well-integrated wood, with delicate freshness and a pleasantly soft aftertaste.

Vinification
After a short maceration period, the selected Pinot Grigio grapes are gently pressed, removed from cloudy substances and mature in French oak barrels for 6 months on fine lees.
