Tasting note
Light straw yellow color. On the nose, floral, fresh aromas of ripe stone fruits. On the palate, elegant, melty structure, floral aroma, balanced and refreshing. Medium finish.

Vinification
After a short maceration period, the freshly picked Pinot Grigio grapes are gently pressed, removed from cloudy substances and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C. This wine has a “DIAM” cone so that a cone flavor is prevented.
