Tasting note
Brilliant, bright ruby red. Fruity-aromatic on the nose, aromas of dark stone fruits and berries. Soft tannins on the palate and moderate body. Well-integrated structure and long-lasting, fruity finish.

Vinification
After delivery to the winery, the Vernatsch grapes are lightly crushed and destemmed, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation at a constant 22°C. They are aged and stored in large wooden barrels.
