Tasting note
Bright, brilliant straw yellow color. Very aromatic on the nose with notes of roses and cloves, ripe stone fruit, exotic fruits, spicy. Dry on the palate, with balancing acidity. Balanced and harmonious, yet melty and spicy.

Vinification
The Gewürztraminer grapes are delivered to the winery in 220 kg boxes immediately after harvesting. There, the grapes are lightly crushed and cold macerated for a few hours. The subsequent fermentation, at a constant temperature of 20°C, gives this wine its unique taste and distinctive aroma spectrum. This wine has a “DIAM” cone so that a cone flavor is prevented.
