About the wine
With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Ritterhof masters this white wine in the blooming and fertile countryside of South Tyrol. Tasting note
Brilliant, medium straw yellow. Delicately aromatic on the nose with notes of fresh pome fruit, citrus, but also exotic fruits. Fresh and balanced structure. Middleweight body. Juicy and refreshing.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, poultry, summer, light dishes.
Vinification
Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 20°C. The wine is then aged on fine yeast in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
