Tasting note
Rich ruby, strong bouquet of wild berries, spices and undergrowth. Medium-density, spicy-fruity and well-structured Bordeaux blend with strong fruit, beautiful tannins and an elegant, full body.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta dishes and vegetable casseroles, with red, grilled meats and with mature hard cheese.
Vinification
A rigorous selection of grapes that is only pressed in good years. Mash fermentation in stainless steel tanks with subsequent acid removal. Storage for 15 months in small oak barrels.
