About the wine
Blooming and fertile landscapes in South Tyrol give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Ritterhof conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. We have a special, dominant Chardonnay from 2016 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Chardonnay is ideal to serve with truffles or soft cheese.

Tasting note
Brilliant, clear lemon yellow. Fine aromas on the nose, with exotic fruits, peach and floral notes. Refreshing acidity on the palate, balanced and balanced. Tasty and elegant. A cheerful spring and summer wine.

Vinification
The various grapes are delivered separately to the winery. There, after a short maceration period, they are gently pressed, removed from turbidity and fermented individually in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C.
