Tasting note
Color: Strong ruby red with violet reflections. Aroma: The dark, ripe and spicy aromas of Primitivo complement perfectly with the scent of black berries, especially blackberries and chocolate from Merlot. The aroma bouquet is refined by fine spicy notes and a touch of vanilla. Character: Pleasantly fruity on the palate with soft tannins. Well structured. Nice finale!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with osso buco, barbecues, stews, meat platters and cheese.
Vinification
Aging in oak barrels for 4 months.
