Der Suadens Rosso ist ein charaktervoller Rotwein aus Kampanien mit fruchtbetontem und intensivem Aromaprofil. Die Cuvée aus Aglianico, Piedirosso und Sciascinoso vereint Frische, Würze und die typische Mineralität vulkanischer Böden.

Tasting note
Bright ruby with violet hints. On the nose, you'll find intense aromas of red fruits like cherry, sour cherry, and black currant. The palate reveals spicy touches, wild blackberries, and finishes smooth with hints of cherry jam.
Culinary recommendation
Pairs amazingly well with gourmet pizza, hearty bean soups, rich fish, white meats, and aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes go through a cold pre-maceration to lock in fresh and intense fruit flavors and color. Then, they ferment at a controlled temperature for about 15 days. The wine spends a short time aging in barriques before resting for 6 months in the bottle.
