Tasting note
This South African MCC (Méthode Cap Classique) is made from grapes from Chenin Blanc sticks over 30 years old and Chardonnay grapes from the Bottelary subregion of Stellenbosch. This high-quality frother owes the soft pink to the share of Cabernet Franc from the Helderberg winery. The Clement de Lure MCC suited us particularly well with fresh oysters on our last visit to the Cape! But you can also use it to refine morning brunch for outrageously little money.

Vinification
Stellenrust vinifies this classic sparkling wine according to the “méthode traditionnelle”, but with the unusual grape varieties Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc.
