About the wine
Sunny and beautiful landscapes of the coastal region give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the South African winery Mulderbosch conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Deep dark cherry red color. Aromas of cassis, blueberry jam and plums are typical of the cabernet-heavy cuvée. The spicy notes of tobacco, cedarwood and a touch of vanilla come from wood finishing. The strong body of the wine still has a slightly grainy texture and is reminiscent of blackberries, fruitcake, coffee beans and dried herbs. The fine tannins lead to a long-lasting finish, which becomes ever smoother as the wine ripens.

Vinification
Each type of grape is fermented individually in stainless steel tanks. After the cuvée is completed, the wine ages for 18 months in new and used French barriques.
