Tasting note
Ruby red with garnet reflections, clear and consistent. Intense, very complex with scents of wild berries, blueberries, toast, sweet spices, chocolate, undergrowth, light eucalyptus notes. A harmonious and balanced Merlot. Dry, warm and soft with velvety tannins, fresh and juicy. Persistent, full-bodied and with a pleasant aftertaste of roasted almonds and red fruits. Very good shelf life
Culinary recommendation
This wine goes well with red meat, game and mature cheese. Very good with a juicy Ticino kid or with deer pepper.

60% in used barriques and 40% new barriques
