About the wine
This powerful Pinot Noir 2017 — Steiner Edition Réserve is a triumph down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! You can describe the landscape in Schaffhausen with words such as hilly. However, the Swiss winery GVS Schachenmann is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this red wine. We think he succeeded! Tasting note
Intense fruit after ripe dark berries: wild strawberries blackberries dried plum. Nice richness subtle spiciness elegant structure with typical fruit. A very soft and velvety red wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with venison pepper and wild boar, as well as hearty meat dishes.

Aging for 16 months in oak barrels
