Tasting note
Strong garnet red. Very intense bouquet with aromas of wild berries, strawberries and subtle pepper notes. Nice melting at the start, strong and rich middle section, lots of elegance and finesse in the finish.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are traditionally fermented on the mash and aged in stainless steel tanks.
