Color: Clear medium-density lemon yellow with green color reflections Aromatics: Pure-toned medium-bodied aromas of green apple, quince and mirabelles. Body: The medium-long, soft start, the present acidity, the light aromas of green apple and mirabelles and the strong perlage round off the non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Quality: A good non-alcoholic sparkling wine, which thrives on the present acidity.
