Tasting note
Dark ruby red. Fruity and spicy bouquet with notes of dark berries and some undergrowth. Medium-density and smooth, fresh Bordeaux blend with beautiful, spicy fruit and an elegant, finesse body.
Vinification
The harvest took place on October 15 (Merlot), October 18 (Cabernet Franc) and October 31 (Cabernet Sauvignon). Fermentation took place in wooden tubs and steel barrels, and biological acid degradation and aging in barriques (12 months).
