Tasting note
Die Aromen des Stäfner Pinot Noir von Pilzen und Karamellbonbon drücken viel Finesse mit einer ganz individuellen Struktur aus. Als Nächstes zeigen die verspielten Nuancen von Himbeere, Kirsche und Vanille ihren eigenen Charakter. Mittelkräftiger Körper und dominante Säure ergeben den fruchtigen Rotwein, welcher angenehm mit feinen Tanninen im Mund viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Der Rotwein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 16°-18°C. Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Stäfner Pinot Noir harmoniert bestens mit rotem Fleisch, Käse und Lachs.
