About the wine
Winemaker Nikola Zeljkovic cultivates the 4-hectare vineyard at the Burghölzli Psychiatric Hospital in accordance with Integrated Production (IP) guidelines. Riesling - Sylvaner is grown on around 1/10 of the Burghalde vineyard in Riesbach. A “Zurich specialty” that sells out quickly. The label shows a map of Zurich.

Tasting note
Bright, clear yellow with greenish reflections. Fine fruit aromas with stimulating citrus notes. Powerful, structured and rich on the palate. Perfect acid balance
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif. Thanks to its generous fullness and strength, it is also suitable as a meal companion. It goes well with poultry, veal, grilled fish, smoked salmon, terrines and appetizers. Try Taleggio or Saint-Albray.
