About the wine
Winemaker Nikola Zeljkovic cultivates the 30-acre vineyard near the Enge church in a natural way according to the strict rules of ÖLN (ecological performance certificate). In a normal year, around 3,000 bottles of excellent Riesling-Silvaner (Müller Thurgau) can be pressed from this small vineyard.

Tasting note
Bright, clear yellow with greenish reflections. Fine fruit aromas with stimulating citrus notes. Powerful and rich on the palate. Perfect acid balance
Culinary recommendation
Ideal aperitif wine. The Engemer is ideal as an accompaniment to freshwater fish, mild smoked salmon, or poached chicken breasts. Very harmonious with goat cream cheese.
