About the wine
The Räuschling is Zurich's cult grape, an almost extinct original that is currently experiencing a revival. Perfect for an aperitif, sorry: After work. Fresh, lively and multi-faceted — like a city that never stands still.

Tasting note
Brilliant yellow with greenish reflections. In the bouquet, subtle floral aromas with fresh citrus notes. Tastes tasty, sparkling and like green apples.
Culinary recommendation
Räuschling is a perfect aperitif or party wine with salmon shacks, Sbrinz. For dinner, it is best served with freshwater fish, cheesecake or fondue.
