Tasting note
A rose gold color in the glass. On the nose, a complex bouquet of apples, strawberries, watermelons and marzipan. A very sparkling, fruity palate and an aromatic, long-lasting finish.
Vinification
The immediate pressing of the destemmed Pinot Noir grapes creates the typical color of “featherwhite”. The vinification then takes place in stainless steel tanks.
