Tasting note
Beguiling fruit underlaid with present toasty tones, slight nutmeg notes. Nice mouth, smooth and round, fine residual sweetness. A wine for many occasions, both as an aperitif and with a meal.

Vinification
The Pinot Noir was pressed immediately after draining to keep it white (Federweisser). The two wines were aged separately. 50% of them were stored in new barriques for 6 months.
