About the wine

Domaine Louis Bovard, based in Cully, is located on the banks of Lac Léman, between Lausanne and Vevey, in one of Switzerland's most prestigious wine regions: in Lavaux. In 1983, as representative of the tenth generation of the family, Louis-Philippe Bovard took over the management of the family business, which today comprises 16 hectares of vines. Bovard's close contacts with his fellow winemakers in Switzerland and France as well as with the great chefs have inspired him and led him to question traditions. As an avant-gardist, he introduced new grape varieties to his estate, cultivated the Chasselas in barriques and created an important collection of old Dézaley vintages.
