Tasting note
The St-Saphorin scores points on the nose with an opulent bouquet of fresh apple, kiwi and a certain floral spice. In the mouth, it is racy, fresh and with a strong, full-bodied body. A soft, supple wine with a mineral finish.
Vinification
The Chasselas grapes grow on steep, sunny southern locations above Lake Geneva and benefit from a balanced, mild climate. This produces one of the most popular white wines in the Lavaux area.
