Color: Brilliant gold with medium reflections. Aromatics: Ripe fruity bouquet, golden delicious, banana, pineapple with a hint of honey and caramel, mineral, subtle spiciness, fine floral note. Body: Lively, slightly sparkling first drink, racy acidity, creamy, pleasant “mouth feeling”, present palate aromas. Quality: Harmonious elegant Chasselas.
