Tasting note
Intense aromas of ripe wild berries, cherries, dried violets and spicy notes of coffee and cocoa. On the palate, Lagrein is strong with balanced tannins and perfectly balanced acidity. Delicate fruit aromas last a long time and will continue to develop over the years.

Vinification
Fermentation in steel tanks. This was followed by biological acid degradation and aging in barriques for twelve months and a further six months in large oak barrels and steel tanks.
