Tasting note
With up to 20% whole grapes. The aging takes place partly in steel tanks and partly in large wooden barrels. On the nose, there are fresh fruity aromas of raspberries, sour cherries and dried cranberries, finely underlined with notes of violet and almond blossoms. Wonderful drinking flow.
Culinary recommendation
Served not too hot, it goes well with a South Tyrolean marende, but also with various starters or pizza.
