About the wine
The Sattler wine company is located in the Burgenland municipality of Tadten. Even as a small boy, Erich Sattler played in the vineyards and dealt with the honesty of nature early on. That has shaped him. After learning the theory at the Viticulture School and the University of Agricultural Sciences in Vienna, he dedicated himself entirely to practice. Since 2000, he has called the Sattler winery his own and has successfully managed it according to his personal conviction. He produces wines that he loves himself and likes to drink.

Tasting note
A wonderfully fruity, balanced, full and harmonious black-red wine. Its intense berry bouquet shows aromas of cassis and blackberry, which are complemented by soft roasted notes and some dried fruit aromas on the palate and are rounded off by a pleasant finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled or roasted veal.
