About the wine
This wine is made from grapes from PIWI vines, i.e. from vines which, with a few exceptions, do not require any treatment in the vineyard, using organic methods and the use of chemicals.

Tasting note
Eyes: pale yellow colour, slightly cloudy, nose: notes of mandarin, grapefruit and yeast, palate: mineral and tasty
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white meat, aperitif, pizza, sushi.
Vinification
The grapes for Magy are Souvignier Gris, a grape variety that is resistant to fungal diseases and allows little or no treatment in the vineyard. The result is an aromatic and healthy sparkling wine.
