Vinification
The tea is brewed in spring water over an open fire. Fermentation then takes place in oak barrels, stainless steel tanks and glass containers. The aged fermented teas are mixed with juices and freshly prepared teas and then bottled and aged in a dark, cool cellar. The entire manufacturing process takes just over half a year.
